Originally from Denver, Colorado, Megan has been a Delray Beach, Florida resident since 1988. She grew up exploring the coastal areas of Palm Beach County, where, as the daughter of real estate professional parents, she learned about both the sale and development sides of real estate. Her local roots allow Megan to know intimately all of the residential areas only natives can find for their clients and more importantly the local professionals to help her client’s navigate the buying or selling process.

In 2001, Megan became a dual degree graduate with honors from the University of Florida, in Gainesville, FL; majoring in Finance and Decision & Information Sciences, before returning to the coastal communities of southern Palm Beach County she loves so much. In 2009, Megan co-founded the Sisters of Sunshine, a Delray Beach-based women’s registered non-profit charitable organization, to give back to the local community. The focus of this charitable organization is the health, wellness, and education of women in South Florida.

Megan currently resides in the Lake Ida area of Delray Beach with her fiancé, new born daughter and golden-doodle, Penny Lane. She enjoys the Florida lifestyle of boating, fishing, dining, the arts and charitable events.
